CapellaCALLS Poland

Die vierte Folge von CapellaCALLS führt das Ensemble unter Leitung von Katharina Bäuml auf eine virtuelle Reise in Richtung Osten, nach Polen. Zur Musik von Michael Praetorius, dessen 400. Todestag in diesem Jahr begangen wird, tanzt die Kompanie Cracovia Danza aus Krakow unter der Leitung von Romana Agnel. Als Gäste sind dabei die Tänzerin Marie-Claire Bär-le Corre und der Tänzer Pierre François Dollé. Im Rahmen dieser internationalen Zusammenarbeit, die sich über vier Orte und drei Nationen erstreckt, reichen sich die Künstlerinnen und Künstler als Zeichen der Verbundenheit virtuell ein Licht weiter, das zugleich als Zeichen der Hoffnung für das Wiederaufflammen des kulturellen Lebens verstanden werden kann. 

The fourth edition of CapellaCALLS leads the ensemble and its artistic director Katharina Bäuml towards the East, to Poland. Romana Agnel from Krakow and her dance company Crakovia Danza interpret period dances to the music of Michael Praetorius whose 400^th anniversary is commemorated this year. The dancers Marie-Claire Bär-le Corre und Pierre François Dollé join them as guests. During this international collaboration featuring four places and three nations the artists pass a light through virtual space from one to the other, as a sign of connectedness as well as hope for the revival of cultural life in the near future.
